Skip Tracing
Skip tracing may be necessary when attempting to serve an individual who is deliberately avoiding service. To evade being served, they may change addresses, jobs, or otherwise make themselves difficult to locate. In some cases, you may need to serve someone whose contact information is unknown. In either scenario, a professional process server can utilize skip tracing techniques to locate the individual and ensure proper service
															How Our Process Works
- Submit Your Request
We make it easy to start. Submit your service request online, by email, video conference or over the phone. Include all required documents and service details (recipient’s name, address, type of documents, deadlines, etc.). - Document Review
Our team reviews the documents to ensure everything is in order and compliant with local laws. - Assign to a Process Server
We assign your case to one of our licensed and experienced process servers based on location and urgency. Rush services are prioritized accordingly. - Attempted Service
Our server will make timely and strategic attempts to deliver the documents, typically within 24–72 hours of assignment. We follow all legal requirements regarding timing, location, and manner of service. - Status Updates
You’ll receive real-time updates and notifications via email or our client portal after each service attempt. Transparency is key. - Proof of Service
Once the documents are successfully served, we prepare and file (or return to you) the Proof of Service (also known as an Affidavit of Service), signed and notarized if required. - Follow-Up Support
Need a re-serve, court filing, or skip trace? Our team is ready to assist further. We’re committed to making the legal process smooth and efficient.Rates quoted over the phone or email are applicable only for 48 hours, rates may change should papers be
